“Hello, Sam.” Castiel greets politely as he looks up from the grave. He doesn’t remember how long he’s been standing there but the sounds of the younger Winchester approaching breaks him from his reverie.
“Hey, Cas.” Sam says warmly. Beneath the fragility of an aged human body, the angel still sees the familiar green eyes and bright young soul he has come to associate the younger Winchester with. “It’s been a while.” Sam continues as he steps beside the angel and crouches towards the grave.

“Dean, are you here?”
”God, I feel like I’m at a slumber party. Alright Sam… this isn’t going to work.” [moves the marker on the board] “I’ll be damned.”
